“Visited July 2022. Stopped in on our way back to the Bay Area from a visit up to our friends’ place in Tuolumne. In the surprisingly hopping downtown area of Sonora. Easy to spot right on the corner. They have the space kind of divided into two areas—restaurant and bar/brewery. We had just eaten down the street, so we sat at the bar in the tasting room. They had about a dozen taps going, all of their beers. I tried a flight of six which was pretty expensive (over $20). It felt even more expensive as the beers were not very good. There were a couple of beers that were at least passable, but otherwise poor. I’m not sure about the food since we didn’t eat. The service was pretty good. The bar staff were friendly and the service was quick even with a pretty full house. I probably wouldn’t bother coming here again and would not recommend making it a point to visit unless you’re in the area (maybe on your way to Yosemite).“

“An oasis in a beer wasteland. Kind of a funky location and the floor plan makes the place seem crowded all the time but the staff are super friendly and beer list is varied and long with selections from many respectable microbreweries. The best place in the county along with the Standard Pour.“

“The only hope for a decent beer in Sonora was a disappointment. All the factory stuff plus a couple Lagunitas was about it. Food was good, service OK, lots of sports on TV but Craft Beer has not found Sonora yet.“
