56 /100 2 WESTGATE
“On the main road close to the former railway bridge which now carries the Spen Valley Way, this pub is no longer associated with Haworth Steam and sourced cask ale - mostly local is at the bar. This is a multi-room venue, which is pleasant enough.“

66 /100 WOODROYD MILLS, SOUTH PARADE
“On the western side of the small town of Cleckheaton on a sloping road running north-south, the brewery is in a mill located in the middle what is essentially a terraced house street. Entrance is through the inner courtyard where some outdoor seating exists too. This open plan ground floor conversion has been done well, with a pub feel, sports in its television and probably music performances too. The bar is close to the entrance with mainly cask from the brewer available and guest brews. There's a few keg lines as well.“

68 /100 19 BRADFORD ROAD
“If black and white photos of Cleckheaton’s past are your thing then you are in for a treat as there are plenty of them on the walls in this pub. The actual decor itself is modern and fairly attractive. Unless you live here it is hard to see how you would stumble across this pub, although it is on the main road between Dewsbury and Bradford so it may get some passing traffic, although its front (set back from the road) is by no means an eye-catcher. There are a few other options in Cleckheaton as well but being a Wetherspoon pub this one does well and attracts a crowd. A row of ales are available.“
