66 /100 WEETWOOD HALL, OTLEY ROAD
“Multi-roomed country-style pub located within the grounds of Weetwood Hall Hotel, does a good line in looking like a Yorkshire Dales local, nods to Emmerdale adorning the walls. Four handpulls offering beers from Kirkstall and Black Sheep, with some craft keg from the former also available. The bar area has tall seats and tables to perch at, there's a more formal lounge with comfy seatsing to the left and a snug with bench tables to the right - this has a large TV but with the volume down, and soft music playing (choice of the barstaff I assume) so the atmosphere is convivial. There's a limited food menu, it's brought from the hotel in cardboard takeaway boxes so the rustic look is lost there! Probably not worth a trip by itself, but certainly ideal if you're staying at the hotel (which I was)“

64 /100 WEETWOOD HALL, OTLEY ROAD
“Not quite where the point on the RB map shows at the time of writing, the bar is within the grounds of Weetwood Hall hotel, although you don't have to enter the hotel itself to get in, in fact it's run by York Brewery so this pub is probably contracted out by the corporation that owns the Hall. Expect to find their ales here, and the outdoor space is lovely with dozens of bench tables covering the full expanse of a massive courtyard of the Hall, where the entrance to the former converted Stables exist.“

56 /100 WEETWOOD HALL, OTLEY ROAD
“Three roomed English pub located in Weetwood north of Leeds and connected to the nearby hotel and conference centre. Three casks from Copper Dragon, one from Black Sheep and TT Landlord during my visits. Good food, the Yorkshire Baker Pies seemed to be a favourite by all the medieval historians visited the pub during the International Medieval Congress held in the area each summer. Very nice patio outside. Service minded staff. listed in CAMRAs GBG 2010 (visited 12th and 13th July 2010).“
