“Seems to have had a smart re-fit since I last visited, but still for a relatively small shop it's hard to imagine how they could possibly fit any more beer in here. There are literally floor to ceiling pallets of certain beer, mini kegs stacked by the till and an entire wall of fridges stocking a mish-mash of what they have on the shelves. Back wall is devoted to canned UK IPAs, with a couple of rows of American beers above, including some novelty sours and obscenely strong / priced imperial stout cans. A large selection of German 500ml bottles. Decent range of Belgian, with some Cantillon. Not too many ciders unfortunately. Lots of local / regional beers. Good range of macro rubbish. To be honest, it's hard to think of a style of beer they don't have. Even more bizarre is the fact this is situated within an outer suburb of Wolverhampton - one of the last cities in the UK where craft beer is still a foreign concept. Nonetheless, this is a very special place.“

“Wow, visited on 12th November 2021. What a cracking place, it's rammed with all sorts of alcohol with the beer selection being a huge part of the shelving areas. I was like a kid in a sweet shop, came away with beers from Wales, Berkshire, Barcelona, Austria, New York, Tennessee and Virginia. Friendly chap who let's you get on with choosing your purchases. I was very impressed with the set up and it will become a regular destination when I'm in the area.“

“Visited May 2015.Bottle range has been expanded and includes a good selection of English craft breweries, some interesting Americans, a handful of Belgians and some predictable but still interesting Germans. Service is excellent, prices competitive and the owner is promising to expand the stock range. Worth visiting especially if you live in this part of the world which has been starved of decent bottle shops.“

“Visited several times whilst in Wolverhampton, recently expanded the bottled beer selection nearly 3 fold. Many local breweries represented with a good selection from each, 12 bottle packs also from Bathams, Holdens, Enville and Backyard. Good craft selection too from Kernel etc and also stock Sacre Brew too. Worth a visit.“

“Bottle shop that you would assume is another wine shop. Once inside at the back of the shop there is a wall of beers. The guys in there were friendly and helpful. They cover most of the local microbreweries from the Midlands with some good deals. They also have a decent selection of beers from the UK craft beer scene. Beavertown, Buxton, Pressure Drop and Weird Beard plus many more of the better known brands. Good place to visit whenever I am in the area.“
