“Last visited November 22. This is a huge independent garden centre, with a food hall and restaurant. The large food hall has about 30-40 local beers and ciders from the likes of (if I remember correctly) Box Steam, Ramsbury and Stroud, as well as (unfortunately) those dreadful "comedy" ones made by Staffordshire, which it seems that garden centres are required to stock. There's loads of events for kids here; it's the sort of place you can persuade the family to stop at if you're in the area (my Mum loves it!), and have a decent chance of picking up a new tick. If you do visit, try to come in November or December - they have the most impressive Christmas displays I've ever seen in a shop. If you're only interested in the beer though, you're probably better off going to Allington Farm Shop near Chippenham.“
