“Quite a large pub right on the village square and opposite the village duck pond, it’s a lovely setting. The pub has been much extended over the years, even since my last visit. It is quite foody in the conservatory, but the bar has now been reverted back to a proper, dog friendly, drinkers bar. The beer range, typical for most of this area, is rather disappointing, but is served in good condition. The garden is a sun trap and very relaxed.“
