“Brewkit is visible inside, viewed from the large central bar. Outside is a nice biergarten and large tent. Beers are tasty enough. Nice place.“

“The biergarten is a strange temporary/permanent shelter, with "fest" tables and benches; the interior, modern brewery style, is quite nice, fresh, and with a lot of natural light during the day; the brewery kettle and tun are on display. The service is usually nice, and enough English is spoken. The beers are possibly the less filtered of the region, nevertheless they are quite good, without excess; the Pils can occasionally be excellent; only 2 or 3 available at any given time, but they have a fair number of seasonals during the year and some experimentation is going on. The menu is just slightly richer than the average bräuhaus (e.g. schweinehaxe); I had a flammkuche and it was good, the schnitzel is ordinary, but the paprika bratwurst are very good. A nice time.
Been there at least a dozen times, as this is one of my favorite places in BW.“

“Odd little brewpub restaurant that seems to be on the first floor of an apartment building(?!). While the atmosphere may feel strange, the beer is close to being stellar, with a very nice unfiltered Pils and a great Weizen (in summer). Even though the place will not wow anyone visually, the quality of the beer more than makes up for it in a region not too rich in world-class breweries. Thanks Alex for bringing me here!“
