| 76 /100 ORTSSTRASSE 1 “Tiny brewery, restaurant and hotel in the village of Hundersingen, north of Bad Saulgau in Swabia. The bottling line was running at full speed when I visited. Although the shop was closed I immediately found two friendly people selling me bottled beer and a souvenir glass. The Zwickelbier I bought came straight from the bottling line. The menu of the restaurant looks good, but I did not try the food. Very pleasant village brewery. I wish there were more of that kind around.“ |
