“Rating is based on their Hofverkauf which I visited last Saturday (21/3/15). The door was not open at 11 am what surprised me, but after ringing the door bell the owner (mother?) opened the door. Well, they sell all of their bottled ciders and perries but they don’t have a showroom - instead you have to go with them into the storage cellar. It is very tidy and clean in there but you only see thousands of bottles with no label in a blue light and you get confused big time. I am sure I missed some treasures... the good thing is, that all of their ciders are (until now) very tasty and all of them are real ciders, also when they have added fruits, because the added fruits are in the process from the very beginning (like the lady told me) and not added after pressing. I will definately come back for the rest of their selection! Btw, prices are reasonable-average, but -at least at my visit- the bottles were not labeled (but the name will be written down with a pen at the bottle).“
