This is the restaurant/taproom of Schimpf; the interior looks like anything but a brewery; the biergarten is very peaceful (why no customers on a Saturday afternoon?), and after 2 days of rain finally we can enjoy some sun. No English spoken, but the lady tries to be helpful anyway. 3 beers available on tap, very average quality; I stopped only because it was on my way…“

“Brewery in the village of Neustetten, not far from Rottenburg and Tübingen. They also have a little shop selling all their bottled beers, gift packs and breweriana. Friendly staff. Worth a visit when you’re in the area.“
