“Old-style place with some charm, even a candle light vaulted room; they have many beers available and serve them in some kind of samples, but none of them is spectacular (the Kellerbier is the best). Once again, I got a warming service from a smiling waitress (and an interested talk from the owner too). They also distill here a kirschwasser (peculiar but not the best one) and a bockbierschnaps (fruity but not spectacular).“

“Part of the Great Stuttgarter Beer Raid 2011. Caught this place on the way home. A very nice old style brewpub in a nice town. The brewery has a brau gasthaus and a shop accross the street. Nice old pub in the front and a new winter garden in the back. Realy nice old firnature there as well. The staff is very friendly. Great stop.“
