“We visited here Monday March 6th 2023. This is a really nice Bräusüberl that sits immediately below the brewery, on the main street, so very centrally located in town. If you were heading here via public transport, the bus station is about 10 minutes walk from here, there is a train option but I believe that’s only seasonal and maybe weekends only. This has been nicely furnished inside, some lighter wood in the front part gives it it a slightly more modern appearance despite it clearly being very traditional. They seem to pretty much carry the range of this breweries beers which you could have to wash down a traditional Bayerische food option. We’ll definitely return here, it was quite when we turned up (Monday lunchtime) but I guess it’ll be much busier later in the day and at weekends.“

“Visited here Friday 18th November 2022 it is near a junction, pretty much near the centre of town which was nice to see. We were en route to signing the new house contract, at the notary in the same town. I just visited the office next to the brewery warehouse and asked if I could pick up a 6 pack of mixed beers. I ended up conversing in my limited German, but this was fine and we both understood each other, I just picked the standard offerings along with a Josefi Bock. Prices were very good, friendly staff member, when we eventually move here, I am sure that I will pop into Freyung and this brewery from time to time.“
