“Came here on 29.7.2017 after visiting the near by Waldwirtschaft. Found this brewpub by coincidence as it is located directly at the trainstation. Nice red brick building with two patios on both sides and a small bewhouse inside. They brew one beer on site (Weißbier) and have the standard range of Paulaner beers (some in bottles). Service was very friendly. You can nicely combine a trip to the Waldwirtschaft with a visit to Isar Bräu by taking the train from Munich.“

“Spent an hour or so here one a summers evening in July ’11. Catch the S7 train from the city centre, approx 25/30 minutes. The Brauhaus is inside the former station building (Victorian era I guess) and the coppers are on show as you head down the stairs to the WC. As it was a balmy evening we sat in the beer garden and I got the impression the server may have forgotten about us at one point as we had to wait some time between drinks (despite it being empty inside also). Hefeweizen was the house beer and was a decent enough representation of the style. Beers also available from Hofbrauhaus Traunstein Brauerei, but we just stuck with the tasty house beer. Off the beaten track and a nice location, but if you’re on a whistle stop tour of Munchen, probably not worth the effort of leaving the town centre for this one?!? “
