“Strange one this, brewery and Icecream parlour combination. We stayed the night of 1st Aug 2018. Plenty of Icecream about during the day but only their Weissebier available until 18:00, when the actual bar room is opened. Four of their beers now on tap plus Flamminkucken for food. Liked the little courtyard, inside the bar was dark and interesting, we slept above the Icecream parlour. Staff very friendly, they even pretended my spoken German was OK.“

“Consists of the Burgbräuhaus itself which opens at 6 pm and the Eiscafé (within the same compound) which opens at noon. Both places serve the three beers brewed at the Burgbräuhaus: Hell, Spezial, and Dunkel. The Eiscafé is very popular with the locals, the atmosphere in the sunny yard is nice, and the home-made icecream is also very tasty. Just one hour from Berlin by train and definitely worth a try.“

“Bier and Eis in the Biergarten. Dunkel an Spezial were well brewed. Family stopped by after a long day hike in Brandenburg. Very much worth a stop if you are in the area. “
