“When you pass the bridge to this castle you have to pay a small fee, which you can deduct from your bill, when you pay in the brauhaus. We had a seat outside in the sunny courtyard. They had four different beers on. In addition to the usual suspects on a summer visit to Germany they had a smoked beer, which wasn’t quite as good as the others. Go here for both the beers and in particularly the magnificent settings.“

“Best place on the island to have a beer. A little bit off the beaten track..Friendly service, excellent food. The castle daes back to 1575.“
