“Have been there on a Saturday evening for dinner - reservations are recommended. When it is nice and warm there is a big Biergarten available - when it is cold and unwelcoming outside you will find a warm, cozy and comfy place inside. There are only few tables in the restaurant, so it is quite a familiar atmosphere - I felt very good. Only for this restaurant the brewery Potts brewed the "Sielhaus Pilsener" which was quite tasty and solid. The food was nice but far too much butter on the small little fishes ( I had sole in the pan) for my likings. Service was nice but not very attentive - we were sitting around 20 minutes in front of our empty glasses until we asked the waitress to bring the second (! only ) round of drinks. Nothing what I would call service, although she was quite nice anyway. I guess I will come back one day because it is the favourite restaurant of my brother (who lives there) and because Ditzum is a beautiful nice little village and it is worth of the Sielhaus Pilsener as well.“

“This one has the unique opprtunity to drink the Potts Sielhaus Pilsener which is specially brewed for them by Potts. Offers reasonable variety of Pilsner, two Weizen and the Pott special itself. Service is alright, bit slow with damaged eyes - especially when your glasses are ampety. Food is ok - fish in butter. Or butter with some fish. Atmosphere is great. Espcially for families or groups from 6 - 10.“
