Randomly designed interior, warm yet not cozy, quite a nice patio though the weather hindered us from taking advantage of the latter. Heavy, sturdy and in this case not too good German cuisine is served. Mediocre beers, out of which only the weizen is worth a sip or two. Oh well...“ |

There you can get 3 different beers on tap. I brought my own 1000ml bottles and got them filled from the tap for takeaway. Friendly service.“ |

| 72 /100 HAUPTSTRASSE 112 “Nice brauhaus not far from the highway. Seemed to be a part of or at least near a hotel in the city center. Bank with ATM and parking place just around the corner. Four beers standard on tap, one special of the month. Three beers available in small samples which was a good thing since I was driving home from a weekend holiday. Nice friendly staff, one of them luckily spoke English which made things a lot easier for me. Have to say though, the first woman who took my order didn’t speak English but was very patient and tried to understand my horrible German. Very spaceous interior with lots of seats and tables, also quite a large terrace. Also three of the four beers available in growlers for takeaway and -by the looks of what I saw was begin served to people out on the terrace- pretty good food. Nice place.“ |

| 68 /100 HAUPTSTRASSE 112 “We were on roadtrip through Eifel, Germany and stopped for lunch in this town. Passed the bar by accident. Service is good, their homebrews are average, but worth trying. Some nice ambiance on the terrace outside. Had a pleasant break in this place.“ |

Three beers, Pils, Dunkel and Weizen, plus Kölsch are available. Very good food, large beergarden. They offer brewing courses. Ahrweiler is very nice small town.“ |
