58 /100 LANGE GASSE 16 Brauhaus with beer garden. About 5 beers available on tap. Good service. Good ambiance and good food. |
70 /100 LANGE GASSE 16 Visited on 30th Jan 2020. Just over 10 mins from the station is this brewpub. Impressive looking building, large open plan area downstairs plus seating upstairs. Smart decor throughout. Staff were super friendly and were impressed I'd made it over from England and even got me chatting to a local. Beer was OK, 3 on tap to choose from. Food was usual German fayre, good stuff, involving pork. Worth a stop if in the area. |
68 /100 LANGE GASSE 16 Visited at lunchtime on 1st August 2018. Liked the place, we sat outside as it was so warm. Inside it's all traditional German Brewpub and lovely. Four of their beers on tap, we tried them all, the seasonal Summer beer being the best in my opinion. Our food was very good, Strammermax for Margie, a Cheese Platter for me. |
64 /100 LANGE GASSE 16 Schönes Brauhaus in altem Gemäuer. 4 Eigene Biere vom Fass. Rustikales Essen zu günstigen Preisen. |
66 /100 LANGE GASSE 16 4 decent beers in this modern & nice brauhaus. Friendly atmosphere with prompt service. |
84 /100 LANGE GASSE 16 Although bit of a run-down city (and the uninspiring walk to/from the station 15-20 mins) certainly worth a visit as the beers and food aswell as service are excellent. Choice of hell and dunkel zwickelbier, a cracking edel-pils, not the best schwarzbier as I found it a bit too sweet and very rich. Also had on a seasonal, Sommerbier at a quaffable 3.2% abv though a bit thin! For those that don’t like tasty beer from micros, they also have Paulaner hefeweiss on tap and various bottles from them.
Good to see this bar busier than others in town! Please support it! |
