“Medium-sized, modern beach bar with a vibrant atmosphere, easily reachable by bike. It combines elements of a modern, fancy restaurant with those of a typical beach bar: wooden tables with small chairs, high tables with stools and high couches, fat ropes hanging from the ceiling. A few small tables on the patio are there as well, allowing to directly look at the sea. Beer-wise it is not really worth mentioning wouldnt't it be for the two beers brewed by Maisel apparently exclusively for this place. Apart from that, there is just the obvious macro choice. The food looks great and sophisticated but I didn't try any of it. Service was good with high attentiveness and friendly and chatty staff. Worth two ticks, other than that just a nice beach bar/restaurant.“

“Strand Bistro in Wyk auf Föhr. Es gibt ein eigens von Maisels für hier gebrautes leckeres Helles. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Es gibt ungewöhnliche internationale Gerichte. Für mich auf der Insel das beste Essen.“
