“Not like they rule the world or something. But in a country ruled by Forsters and XXXX, it is a seriously good bet on a winner. Many of their - supposedly - 600 beers can be found in a typical Danish supermarket, but this is not Denmark. This is a beer-third-world-country - and DenmanCellars deserve a medal!

“Visited early evening Good Friday, 25 March 2015. Most seating undercover outside. Nothing noteworthy about style or comfort: modern, clean and functional. Enjoyed a schooner of Blue Moon served nicely with an orange slice, but really not a beer I’d rush to a place for. Food menu didn’t excite me, but they were happy to upscale a kids’ pasta dish for me, which was tasty. Waiting staff not particularly on the ball and there seemed to be some altercation between them at one point as a table had been waiting some time to be served. I didn’t peruse the bottles, but WW informs me there was a fair selection, though some quite pricy. If you’re in Airlie Beach, it’s worth stopping by, but as a first time visitor to Oz, my preference is for some of the more traditional Aussie establishments even if they are mainly offering a choice of pale lagers!“

“Visited on 25th March 2016. On the ground floor of an apartment block on the harbourside near the Port of Airlie. It’s a modern bar which has a decent food menu. 2 beers on tap. Yenda Pale and Blue Moon Wit. Bottle selection is decent for the area and priced accordingly. Had a beer or two here. Food was good. Service a little shaky. It’s decent enough for the area and has a decent bottle list. More best of a poor selection rather than must do beer venue“

“As previous commentator eluded, on tap beers are now available and they're not mucking around. Rogue IPA, Yenda IPA Lager, and a Witt bier (can't recall the name). Was a great meal with plenty of range, very good service. This is one of the better artisan beer/beverage/food houses I have seen in QLD. If your into real beer and food with passion this is it for Airlie beach.“

“Great little place with a very good selection of bottled beers from around the world. No beers on tap but this we were told was coming. But a real surprise was the terrific food. Interesting and imaginative blending of flavours, a sort of Tapas style. The dishes were all good value too.“
