82 /100 Le Comptoir Belge (Grocery Store) AVENUE JEAN VOLDERS 72 Pretty cool store close to Malt Attacks, small with high shelves where you sometimes do really need a ladder for. Very friendly service and a very deep selection of Brussels beer from Cantillon at very reasonable prices to De La Senne to breweries I never even see. Some of the beer selection is chilled in a fridge. Wide range of Belgian artisanal products in general with mustard, pickles, distillates, chips, chocolate etc. very cool selection, you’re bound to find something interesting. |
80 /100 Le Comptoir Belge (Grocery Store) AVENUE JEAN VOLDERS 72 Visited on 07/08/2018. Small shop with craft products. Beers from (almost) all Brussels breweries. Very gentle staff who was able to give info about the beers and the breweries. On its own maybe not enough to make the trip (if you"re looking for Brussels ticks, give it a try anyway) but with the shop Malts Attacks nearby and Le Verschueren with a beer especially made by de Senne it's a worth a trip. Also the Halletoren which is nearby is worth a visit in my opinion. |
