“We came here on 27.11.2021. Was not on our original schedule but close to the Metropolitan brewery. Average brewpub. IPA was ok. The session juicy at 4.9% alcohol was quite good. Service and ambiance very average. Not a must visit.“

“The remodeling of this Binny’s made room for a huge new craft beer selection, and let me say, it is impressive. A huge craft beer aisle now displays nearly everything under the sun (or at least distributed in Illinois) at typical Binny’s prices. When I was in there on a recent Saturday, there were enough people pulling beer off the shelves to justify the huge selection and to tell me that there are no worries of old beer sitting on the shelves here. Also, they had two or three distributors there with samples, and they were giving away free glasses to anyone who bought a discounted 12 pack. I have no idea whether this is a regular thing, but it was not a bad surprise. The service has always been friendly, with the beer department willing to help me track down this or that bottle I am looking for. This location may be out of the way for some people, but it is on one of my normal routes. It is always a great diversion to stop and look through the beer selection here.“

“My parents introduced me to Bluegrass a while back, and I am grateful to have found this quiet lunch spot with great food and solid beer offerings. They have six beers on tap, normally Midwestern offerings that will be enjoyable for craft beer aficionados and newcomers alike. Their bottle list really gets into the nitty gritty micro stuff, though, which is a fun change. My impression was that their menu emphasized wheat beers, but they have about 30 bottles at any given time, quite a few of which are lesser known beers from regional breweries. There is a small bar area, but usually I am here sitting in the restaurant area, and the service is spot on. The wait staff will not hound you, but they will notice when your drink is running low and offer you another. The food is always delicious. They focus on Cajun style cooking, and each dish I have had has been delicious. The key factor underlying their success is dedication to quality ingredients. Using great seafood to start almost ensures the result will be delicious. The food prices are not cheap, but you are paying for quality food. The beer list is very inexpensive for the Chicago area, and they have 20 oz. pours for some drafts.“

“Clean, brightly lit store. Very well organized and a decent selection for someone coming from Wisconsin. Have picked up a few gems at this location.“

“Binny’s always has the best prices in town, and that goes for any of their locations. Their "Beer Guy" Tom is on top of his game, if you live in the area, when you go in ask for him, give him your email address and he will add you to his weekly release email. Their selection is not the best of all of the Binny’s but is very solid and complete. If your with 30 min and have the time, go check them out!“

“I have been to many Binny’s. For some reason this one seems to have a better beer selection. Or at least I like the layout --- One Huge isle of beer. As always a great stop if you are nearby. Their prices can’t be beat.“

“My 1st visit to a world-famous Binny’s. Beer selection was pretty good, but not as many singles as I had hoped. Nothing all that remarkable, but decent. Better if you wanted wine or hard liquor“

“This Binny’s has the most meager offering of the chain. The beer selection’s okay, but there’s just not alot of it. I found the staff rude enough that I left my bottles on the bnearest shelf and walked out. No need to stop here with a Sam’s just down the road.“

“Just off of Rt-41 from the Lake -Cook exit. The south wall is all beer, but that is the only wall. Decent selection nothing outstanding or unusual for an Il store. A walk in cooler also available. Yea a Sams is now just down the road. Also has a walk in humidor. Mainly for the wine crowd going to Ravina.“
