All mediocre at best IPAs from K&C. I left after a few samples, as this is not really a brewery or a good place to drink a beer at this point.“ |
| 50 /100 523 BANK LANE “Small Australian-themed taproom in a town which is one of the few around Chicago I had never been nor needed to. It certainly isn’t a tough area, more like rich and soft. But I enjoy the botanical garden so came here after. It is pricey, very pricey, and the beer is only so-so, if not poor. All they have is IPAs or pales, and overall I would say skip. Around the corner is a bar where you can tick if you are an out of towner and some how wandered up to Highwood.“ |
