“An historic landmark that happens to be a very solid little beer bar in the meantime. The significance comes from the old mill that is still cranking along, and there are tables next to it for those who like to pair their drinking with old machines. Or opt for terrace tables in view of the cornfields. List of 160+ beers with few surprises yet few duds. Cantillon and Girardin are here too; so are nearby Ter Dolen, Achel and La Trappe.“

“Visited Sunday evening.
Great atmosphere, when we came in there was a party with violin and accordion music going on. Staff was nice and helpful, though sometiimes seeming slightly annoyed.
Lots of Belgian beers, including Westvleteren. Not many foreign beers available.
Prices for some beers were quite high.
The place itself looks really nice, a water mill in the countryside. Car park is available. Indoors, part of the mill is still running, giving a good atmosphere and interesting view when drinking your beer and talking to friends (and locals).“
