“Braxton Barrel House has been open for a few years but I'm just finally getting over to it. Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Moderate crowd. Nice inside space with a bar in the back and plenty of seating. Then there's a permanent tented-in patio space and an open patio beyond it. They have a permanent taco truck on site and the food isn't very good. It's Braxton beer, so it's pretty average, too. The bartender was the only one there besides the taco truck guy, and service was good. Prices were fair. There are some bottle and can offerings available. I like that Braxton has multiple locations with different vibes and purposes. I just wish the beer was better.“

“went here on a random Saturday to try some barrel aged beers. they had 4, 2 of which I'd had before (from the main location). Small indoor space with more outdoor seating. interesting wall decor with barrel staves. decent selection for the area.“

“Ft. Mitchell location. Mike Wong is always gracious and entertaining, usually pushing his plum schnapps, but it is easy to go past that to an inventive beer list, especially strong in Belgian ales. The food is top end Chinese, the service is polite and swift, and the ambiance (including the piano player on a white grand piano, along with fish ponds and waterfalls) is fun. Worth searching out.“

“Oriental Wok has two locations and the Taylor Mill location no longer has any appreciable beer selection, which is why I rate it so low. However, I’m told that the beer selection at the Fort Mitchell location is still excellent.“

“This would be a fairly average Chinese restaurant, good food, etc if it wasn’t for the beer selection. If you want to talk beer ask for the manager Guy Burgess, a Belgium beer aficionado. At one time he has carried one or more beers from each of the 6 Trappist all with the appropriate glassware. Beer is cellared and sold at a reasonably price.“
