“What a gem of a place this is in good beer-starved Louisiana. Located maybe an hour's drive from Baton Rouge, this is worth the trek. They are very ambitious with the beers they brew. On the menu when I visited were a bunch of grape co-fermented wild ales, a BBA imperial stout, a BBA barley wine, a bunch of hazy imperial IPAs, and more. Beer quality was very high. Service was fine, but not friendly -- main guy who served me seemed to have a stick up his ass. Regardless, the beer is excellent and is worth going out of your way for. Recommended.“

“Medium sized taproom with bar dominating the room. There is a patio outside, but it was way too hot for us. Modern interior and not that busy during our visit. 20 taps with various styles and good quality and some gems like DDH GITM. Went for Decade One which has to be consumed at the premises. Not great policy if you're drinking the bottle by yourself, considering 750 ml size and 14% abv. Good service. Worth checking out.“

“Nice cozy taproom at the brewery. Not much parking. About 10 beers on tap-no outside beers. Bottles, crowlers and growlers for take out.“

“Had time for one beer on our way to a swamp tour. Located in an industrial area, sparsely decorated but inviting tap room. Sufficient selection including some special heavier beers. Samplers available, wish I'd had more time here. Worth a stop.“

“Set in a small industrial area south of Lafayette not far from the Lafayette airport. It feels like a mom-and-pop operation, complete with the old family dog. Their packaged products are available fairly widely, but they have some nice different varieties on tap here, including some strong ales and a lineup of sours. Friendly folks, fair prices, good beers. Brewery #832.“

“Visited on the way from Houston to New Orleans. A bit out of interstate road but certainly a worth of stop. Located in the industrial area. Good modern taproom with patio outside. When visited there was a food truck in the yard selling cajun/creole-food. Flights available. Lots of people on Saturday day time.“

“Nice out of the way place. Bar with a dozen seats, several tables along one wall. Scott was the bartender on my visit, and was able and willing to talk beer all night if I wanted. Only eight were on tap when I visited, because there had been a big weekend, and many taps had played out. The beers were good to very good. A good place, worth a visit if you are in the area.“

“Nice tap room with most of their brews available for $4 a pint. Open durimg business hours. 6 packs, growler fills and lots of merchandise for sale. Went to Craft Beer Week event where they also had a firkin (free pint) of a future brew and great free food (cochon, salad, more). Good beer, food, fun and company. Tour and tastings Saturdays.“
