| 80 /100 6035 LAKE MICHIGAN DRIVE “Allendale is a pretty small town and this place is still quite new. I wasn’t expecting much, but this was a really nice place. Surprisingly large setup with quite a few (at least 16) taps. Beers were all solid or better. I’m not typically a shandy lover, but the cucumber melon shandy was particularly good. Service was friendly and efficient. Food seemed to be pre-packed snacks, though they also get food trucks outside on occasion.“ |
| 72 /100 GVL West Party Store (Beer Store) 11233 68TH STREET “HOLY COW. I was very, very pleasantly surprised by this place. Very unassuming - in a strip mall just off the main road. But in their walk-in beer cooler they had several hundred (I think) bottles many of which are harder to find MI beers, as well as other offerings. Very, very pleasantly surprised. If you are in GR then you would pass by Sicilianos on the way - and I’d say, if you went there they probably have everything that they do at GVL West Party Store, but still, you might find a few unique things.“ |
