40 /100 101 NORTH MAIN STREET Friendly server. Attentive. Lacked knowledge. Poured with faucet in the beer. Sampled Oktoberfest, off flavor. Sampled double IPA. Delish. Served in plastic cup. Keg blew at half glass. Server gave a full pour after rekeg. No similarity. Pour was pure sludge. No offer to try again. All beers were specialty. No solid base. Double IPA w no IPA. Amber is an Alt. Fruit beers etc but no pale ale or blonde or anything straight forward. That said it’s the best brewery in a one brewery town. |
66 /100 101 NORTH MAIN STREET Along the main street of this quaint little town is this fairly nice brewery. During good weather conditions you can sit on the deck and watch the ships go by in the distance. Not many taps, but their pretty good seasonal beers are nice to try. Free popcorn and I do remember that they are pretty friendly with kids. Worth a visit if you’re in Cheboygan. Their Lighthouse amber can be found on tap around town.

68 /100 Mulligan’s (Restaurant) 320 NORTH MAIN STREET Nice quaint clean restaurant, one can take their kids. It’s loud, but hey, food is good and service was always good. And Two Hearted on draft. If Great Lakes Grill is packed, go here. |
70 /100 Great Lakes Grill (Restaurant) 817 E STATE STREET Nice restaurant in the Northern lower peninsula of Michigan. Always had great food there. Burgers are damn good with fresh taps of Two Hearted. Service was always good and kept up with the crowds. Always a clean place. Would go back if I lived closer. |
