74 /100 6026-C, S LAKE ST, Stopped in during our Michigan trip. Nice place, plenty of seating, decent menu items. Lots of taps of theirs and other local beers. Worth the stop if in the area. |
64 /100 Art’s Tavern (Restaurant) 6487 WESTERN AVENUE Only place with beer open this week in the winter of our covid discontent.Pizza was solid 10 drafts or so in a beautiful setting even at 13 degrees and windy. What a location. |
78 /100 6026-C, S LAKE ST, Part of the Cherry Republic complex - nice restaurant with several taps. Very family friendly with outdoor seating available (if you get lucky and have a nice day). A bit touristy but still liked it a lot. Can taste the ciders (along with wine and 'pop') next door. Great place. |
82 /100 6026-C, S LAKE ST, Brand new place in the Cherry Republic location in Glen Arbor. A nice selection of solid brews and outstanding customer service. |
68 /100 Art’s Tavern (Restaurant) 6487 WESTERN AVENUE Art’s is one of two bar/restaurants in this resort town. The other is a more modern, better marketed place. We ate in both. If you are in Glen Arbor, choose Art’s. It is a throwback to the Up North bar of years past; not as slick looking as its competitor, but we enjoyed Arts much more. Order the Right Brain Will Power Ale. |
64 /100 Art’s Tavern (Restaurant) 6487 WESTERN AVENUE Went here last year, but am just now getting around to entering it into the database. Had Bell’s Two Hearted Ale in a bottle here they had other Bell’s offerings as well a few on tap If you’re in the area, stop by there’s not much more as far as bars in the town. (Don’t go out of your way to go here.) The sandwich I had was pretty good. |
