“This place came recommended to me so I decided I needed to stop in since I was heading that direction. I was pleased with that decision. We sat at the bar and their staff was very helpful. I got a flight and only 1/7 beers was below par and the rest were good or great. The place is really chill. They had a couple games on, but I was there for the beer. Had a nice chat with one of the staff about which of their offerings were my favorite and grabbed a couple bombers to go. I definitely recommend coming in to sample some of their beer.“

“Small place, pretty elegant & quaint on the inside. Nice sized tap list. They also sell wine if you’re interested in that. All the beers were either good or great. A few were super-great (Sensual Bean). Food menu is a small list of bar-like apps with an even small list of sandwiches. I think there were four sandwiches, all served with fries. I had the fried grouper sandwich & it was great. No servers; walk up to the bar & order. Cool, chill ass place.“

“Stopped in Saturday, December 27. I had a flight of four ales; wife had a wine (Sangria). The wine had a very nice flavor. The beer samples were ok, but not up to the standard of other breweries. If I come back, I’ll try a wine sampler. “

“Good Place not a large selection of beer. What they have is very good!“

“Easy to find, but difficult to park. Very small lot. Pretty full for a Wednesday afternoon, but found a table to enjoy one draught. Service was prompt but not overly friendly. Folks seemed comfortable and there were a few kids hanging out with families. Decent Black IPA.“

“Stopped in for a few samples on a Wednesday afternoon. Very friendly server. A little bit hard to see from road, but the interior was inviting and open, with both beer and wine for sale/sampling. Offerings were varied but of good quality.“

“A way down from Osgood. Lots of trucks in the parking lot. Beer was all right, of which the names are entertaining. I wouldn’t ho out of my way to go back, nice local spot.“

“Being from Jenison, I was really excited when this place opened. The bar is awesome with the stone, it looks great. Everyone was friendly. The beers tasted just a little off to me, it may have just been me that day but they are pretty good overall. My wife liked it because she could drink wine.“

“Medium sized building plenty of space inside, seating seams a little limited. Eveything has a clean simple look, mostly new. Decent selection of beer and styles on tap, some unique stuff too. All the beer is had was quality, service was good, the bartender was knowledgeable. Worth stopping by when heading to grand Rapids for some beer tasting.“

“A winery that decided to start brewing beers. I arrived just before opening day and then again on opening day. They had seven beers on tap but no sampler trays available yet. Some of the styles sounded interesting but I didn’t get a chance to sample as many as I’d like. The indoor seating was limited but they had a few small tables and couches, had more of a winery than brewpub feel to it as it’s been a winery for three years I believe. The bartender was friendly and answered my questions about their beer. My wife really liked the fruity and dessert wines and I came back with three bottles of wine and another place on the “have to go to” when coming to Grand Rapids. That list is getting so big, I should just move there. Anyone hiring lol? Make sure to visit White Flame just down the road, makes for a nice 1-2 on the way in or out of Grand Rapids.“

“Medium sized bar with plenty of wood décor and the brew master behind the bar pouring the suds. It was empty when I arrived shortly after opening but filled up rather quickly during my visit. The beers were decent and the owner/brew master/bartender/toilet cleaner was friendly and obviously knowledgeable. A reasonably priced sample platter of seven and a bowl of pretzels hit the spot on this visit. The owner also gave me the heads up that a brand new brewpub was opening just down the street – much appreciated. As this is on the way in/out of Grand Rapids for me, I’m sure to be back. They had seven beers on tap, no food that I know of and I’m not sure about parking, I just kind of parked in what I perceived to be an open spot.“

“Nice little place to get a beer. They only had 7 beers on tap, but that is not bad for a place just starting out. Very friendly staff. Like others said, parking sucks.“

“Small place with no parking at all, there is a nice new taproom and selection of what I would expect from a small micro-brew. The beer is good, but nothing surprising. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great spot for locals.“
