“Great new bar/restaurant in the Irish Hills area about 40 minutes SW of Ann Arbor and 25 minutes south of Jackson. Decor is an old hunting/rustic lodge theme with stained wood walls, copper bar. Nice outside patio for the warmer months too. The owner did a great job of renovating the old building. Service was very good and the staff all seemed interested in craft beer and making sure our experience was great. 20 taps overall w/ 5 macro’s and 15 MI micro’s. The MI taps consist of a mix of flagships and seasonals from Short’s, Founder’s, Bell’s, Dark Horse, etc... with a good mix of styles. One or two taps will be for Cider. Full bar too with wine and mixed drinks. Food is really tasty. They have a smaller menu now for the opening few weeks but the full menu will be out in November. The burger with bacon jam and fried cheese curds were both great and all the other food coming out of the kitchen looked great too. Definitely worth the slight detour if in the area and wanting some great food and local MI beers.“
