“I’ve only been here a few times, as my homebrewing experience is limited. But the prices are on par with every other place, & oftentimes cheaper. Staff is super friendly & helpful every time I’ve been there. It’s always been someone different but they always seem to know their shit & are willing to talk with you to get you what you need. Tons of variety to choose from, whether it be malt, hops, or adjuncts. Good to have this place nearby.“

“Ordered some kegs, which arrived absolutely filthy (I don’t mind cola syrup still on the inside, but sheesh, couldn’t have hosed down the outside, huh?), but held pressure and have tight seals. For online sales, there’s a nice assortment and some things that aren’t particularly easy to find in many other LHBS; I may well order again if a deal comes around (especially on tiny oak barrels!:) ).“

“Ordered via the net a handful of times. Great selection, good customer service when contacted but a SERIOUS lack of attention to detail. On numerous occasions I had to call or contact them in reference to a problem with an order (i.e. delayed shipping, missing contents, etc.). If they’d clean this up it’d be an all around class act operation.“

“Great homebrew shop right off I-94 and Telegraph. The newer location is much bigger than the last building (on Ford Rd) so everything is much more organized and they seem to have even more products. I’ve been to a few homebrew shops in the area and Adventures has by far the best selection and sevice. The owner and staff are always willing to answer questions. Prices are on par or better for most items as well. If something isn’t carried or in stock they will do what they can to order it for you.“

“This is THE homebrew shop in the area. I’ve been going here since day one. It’s small and kind of crowded in a good way. Staff is great, never make you feel like a noobie, and always take as much time as you need to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. Prices are reasonable and they’ve got a great selection of ingredients, equipment, kits, and literature on homebrewing, winemaking, and soda-making. If you homebrew, give them your business.“

“Excellent homebrew store with very knowledgable and friendly owners. Will answer questions and help you. Have a large number of their own recipes in the store and they will make it into a kit for you once you make a selection.“
