Will not ever be doing business with them ever again. If you want bottles you can get anything they have cheaper at Walmart. Feericks. Jane Macadoodles. Jane Walmart (even allocated bottles). Even secondary prices are less than what they want on most everything.“ |

The food was really good, and the beer selection was really good as well. Was able to sample a few beers before making a choice on one. Well worth the stop.“ |

Full lines of the basics (Boulevard, Mothers, SBC, Schlafly, Urban Chestnut, Sierra Nevada, New Belgium, Odell, Deschutes) and a good selection of the harder to finds (Ommegang, Stone, Left Hand, Firestone Walker, Unibrou, and North Coast). Lowest prices in town, .50 to $1 cheaper across almost everything. Bright clean store and friendly service.“ |

Nice hip vibe in whats seems an otherwise dull cityscape. Friendly server at the bar. Not too bad of a tap list, some locals, some PNW, come Colorado. No BMC which is life. Menu is hot dogs and burgers with various accouterments. God damn it tony. Son of a bitch. LMAO. Any way back to the place. My dog and fries were good and served fast. Had two shafly Grapefruit IPAs to was it down. Would return If I had too since not much else is around.“ |

Large liquor store, mostly wine and spirit forward. back left corner is all beer, mostly warm six packs, but there is a shelf of some warm bombers. Opposite of that a shelf of singles for mix and match. There is also a row of coolers filled with BMC stuff. Not a bad place, specially given the area.“ |

They have sponsored the Ozarks Beerfest before, and they have quite a few craft selections not available at Walmart, including Big Sky and Lagunitas. They also have more of a selection from Boulevard, and a few beers that even Macadoodles doesn’t carry. Not bad for a grocery store. JULY EDIT: Bumping them down a bit for selling a Hazed & Infused that was five months past its "best by" date. I knew something was up when the beer poured to a cloudy, uneven-colored mess. 2013 EDIT: They have now moved their beers into a sub-store called Barrels Fine Wine & Spirits. A lot of the rarer beers have been eliminated in favor of more common stuff. They do still have some crafts, and their line of Schlafly beers beats that of Macadoodles, but for most microbrew enthusiasts, you might as well just head on over to Macs unless you want to try out more Schlafly stuff.“ |

However, as with the Price Cutter supermarket, they have sold expired Boulder Hazed & Infused ales before, and I’ve also found some fairly old Grand Teton Sweetgrass APAs as well. Just be sure to check the beer dates whenever considering a purchase. As for the selection, it’s as good as you will get in SW MO except Brown Derby in Springfield - nothing like Rochefort Trappistes 10 or Stone Imperial Russian Stout here, but they carry most of the well-distributed good craft/micro offerings along with local MO favorites like Boulevard and Mother’s.“ |

| 66 /100 Macadoodles (Beer Store) 3105 E. 17TH ST. “Big, clean store with a discount case store on one end, a wine store and then a liquor store which has a row of coolers, about half of which is craft in the back, and a modest section of micro six packs as well as bombers. 8.98 make your own six pack section, but it does not appear you can break sixers to make a pack. Some interesting options and decent prices make this worth a stop. Nothing super rare, some regionals availabe that might not have limited availability.“ |
| 80 /100 Macadoodles (Beer Store) 3105 E. 17TH ST. “This was a nice little find. Very large and clean store with a neat country vibe. They sell an assortment of beer, wine, liquor and gifts. Selection was better than I was expecting. Full line of Boulevard, Schlafly, New Belgium (finally get to try La Folie!) along with some other nice breweries like Goose Island, Founders, Bells, Bear Republic, Odell, to just name a few. Pretty good selection of bombers and 750’s. Missouri law prohibits the sale of single 12 ounce bottles but they have a decent selection to choose from for a mixed sixer. Not everything they have is available this way though. Founders and Bells for example, have to be purchased as a sixer (or 4 pack). Staff seemed very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.“ |
