“Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, small bar area in the back, primarily a brewers supply facility. Staff was very nice and took time to give us a quick tour. Their beers are made onsite, the couple I tried were really good. Took the time to explain their brewing process, might be worth another field trip down the road. No food, plenty of places nearby. They had six of their beers on tap, sell by the half growler or full growler, no guest taps. Worth a stop if in the area.“

“If you stop in here you get a real behind the scenes look at a nanobrewery. The brewer is there and he couldn't be a better host. He'll even have a beer with you. They have only a few beers on tap and bombers for sale but they are a small operation. Check this place out, they make some pretty good stuff.“

“Stopped in to pick up their new SMASH IPA, was greeted by the Head Brewer. Was never in the building when O'Fallon owned it, but like how they have set up their brewing equipment. There were seven of their beers on tap, plus a couple of bottle selections. Chatted with Dave for a while, was really friendly. Weekday hours are only open til around 5:30pm, but they are open on most Saturdays. Tasting room is kind of in the brewery, but not a detractor. They have crowlers or you can have a growler filled, or even try a couple. No food, you can bring in something to eat, just not a table area to sit at. Worth a stop if in the area, will definitely visit as they release new beers.“

“A welcome addition to the St Charles craft beer community. A cozy place with a friendly atmosphere. They had 6 of their own beers on tap with 4 guest taps of local beers. Place is family and pet friendly. There is a very limited menu, but this is just a brewery that serves wood oven pizza. Well worth checking out.“

“Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, nice crowd, plenty of room both inside and outside. Five of their own beers on tap, so we tried a sampler. All were really good. Service was good and friendly, food was awesome. They have a pizza oven, just enough for two to share a pizza. They had four guest taps, all local brews. Only downside is parking, they share the lot with a laundromat, there is a decent sized lot across the street from them. Everyone was really nice, will definitely visit again. Worth a stop if you are in the area.“

“Nice little place in an area that is starving for craft beer. Small taproom with about 5 tables and additional seating at the bar. My wife really liked their decor; they worked harder on this than they had to. Example: All of their current taps get their own painting hung on the wall rather than displaying them on a TV or board. Service is exceedingly friendly and nice. There are a ton of people working and you can order a beer or food with any of them; they all split their tips. Good variety of beers, had a cherrywood smoked wheat ale, a pale ale and a mosaic IPA that were very good, everything else was good not great, nothing was undrinkable. Food consists of 5 different brick oven pizzas that they can whip up for you in 5 minutes tops. Decent prices, 3 different sizes of beer available. This place was packed both times I went so I’m surprised they don’t have a rating yet. Check this place out, they are good people and I want to see them doing well.“

“Located off of Highway K near the 364 overpass. Large place with lots of TV’s. A sports bar with a large section of beers (109) on tap, mostly mainstream craft beers. Bartender was quite friendly and knowledgeable about the beers on tap..Has a good selection of pub grub. Looks like a good place to catch a game and a respectable beer to go with it.“

“Visited after work on a Wednesday. Located just off the interstate, easy to locate in a brand new large shopping center. Very much a big box style liquor store. The beer is located on the back wall in coolers and on the left hand side on warm racks. Big selection, though nothing really jumped out as extraordinary. Mix a six is available in the warm section, $9.99 per six with a decent selection of local beers. Prices were solid, arrangement of beers was by brewery. No service requested or offered. There are certainly better beer stores in the St Louis area, though this is a good option on that side of St Louis.

70 = ★★½ (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time)

I only use the total score, not the component parts.“

“Huge place, maybe the most TV’s I’ve ever seen at once. They even have individual TV’s at the tables. Definitely a sports bar, which I like. Service is very good, we had 2 waiters and 1 other person who checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Selection was a bit disappointing. 109 beers sure, but not a lot I have never had before - that shouldn’t happen. Food was average, forgettable. High ABV or unique beers are very expensive. They do have HH food specials and drink specials on more mainstream beers. I had very high hopes for this place and I would go back but it leaves a bit to be desired for beer lovers.“

“Stopped in on a Friday night, lots of Happy Hour groups there. Nice big area, lots of tv’s, and a good menu selection. Of course the first two beers I picked, the kegs was empty. Third time is a charm, got it. They have been open a few months, still working the bugs out. We would return, trying to avoid a weekend night.“

“Meh, compared to other local large stores in the area, this one isnt very good. Lots of old "shelf turds" around so watch out for old stock. prices are a bit high compared to other places as well. Service didnt exist all times i have been to this location. Go to Randall’s instead.“

“Nice big, well lit store. Kind of an impersonal feel to it, but the selection was great and the prices were good.“

“I live in O’Fallon which is usually kryptonite for craft beer lovers. This place fits a definite need. Good beer selection, several hard to find drafts, attentive and friendly service. The servers don’t know anything about the beers they’re pouring; they just expect you to know your stuff. I kind of like it that way. They have a bar area and a sit down dinner area kept completely separate with different ambiances. They don’t rake you over the coals price-wise like a lot of other craft beer bars I’ve been to. The food is standard bar food - nothing special. Overall, I like it and you would be hard pressed to find a better selection in O’Fallon, as backhanded of a compliment as that may be.“

“This place has just about everything. The selection is outstanding. Nice looking and huge store. Prices are not outrageous. There is nobody there to help you with your selection, but I don’t always need that anyway. They came up huge for me when BCS came out last year. No line, just walk up and buy 1 case each of BCS, BCS coffee, and BCS barleywine.“

“Fairly new place in OFallon. There are 20 beers on tap mostly local craft beers along with 40+ bottled beers to choose from. Menu has a nice selection of pub grub. Place has a cozy, local pub feel to it.“

“This place has become my most frequented stop during most trips to St. Louis recently. It has a decent mix of micros and craft and every now and again you can find something exciting and rare, but don’t count on it. It is one of those liquor superstores that are popping up everywhere now, so pricing is standard and selection is corporatized... mostly...“

“Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, not very crowded. The tap selection was average, nothing outstanding. Mainly local beers, some good choices if you have not had any of the local beers. The bottle list was decent. Our waitress said they rotate the bottles every few weeks, so I’ll return and see what else may be available. The menu had a good selection of various items. Our meals were very good. Worth a stop if you are in the area. They are just getting started and I hope they do well. Not another place nearby that has the selection they have.“

“This is one of their newer locations, and is a little smaller that the others. The menu is the same for all their restaurants, still a good selection. Their beer selection is the same as the others as well, but the guest tap selection is great. Usually a local selection, very good. The patio is nice as well. A great location well worth the trip.“

“I stopped by Friar Tuck on my way back to Kansas City from a weekend stay in St. Louis. Very nice selection of bombers, single bottles (mixer sixers), and international beers. I was excited to pick up a number of St Louis beers that don’t get distributed to Kansas City (Perennial, 2nd Shift, Six Row). The location was pretty convenient also, right off of I-64 as you’re leaving St. Louis. I will definitely stop back here in the future.“

“Another of my go to stops, they have a great selection in 2 long aisles. I like there pick a six section, nothing really special though. I usually spend 30 min just trying to decide.“

“"We make it easy, if we can order it, we do" That’s how one of the workers described it to me. A large selection of liquor and very good selection of beer. It is an upscale supermarket for beer, but their prices are in line with other stores, so the value is good. Large selection of beers from which you can "make your own six pack." Alcohol/beer tastings on Saturday. They have more than a handful of different 5-liter micro-kegs in their *very* cold cooler.“

“Sort of a supermarket for booze. Nice place with 600 beers to choose from. A large selection of six packs from local, regional and national craft brewers are available. They have many imports including a good selection of beers from Belgium and quite a few from England. There have a section of beers to build your own 6-pack from. Nice if you want to try a beer without having to buy a whole six pack. In the back there is a large walk-in cooler of 6 packs, 12 packs, cases, even BMC offerings. There is even a section for home brewing items. Oh yeah, there is a large selection of wines and spirits, included a nice selection of single malts. Prices seem to be quite reasonable.“

“Great selection of what you are looking for. Plenty of supplies for those that home-brew, and lots of good advice. Huge walk-in cooler with plenty to choose from. The six-pack mix n match is a good way to try different beers without buying all six of the same brews. Will be visiting many more times.“
