“Stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Beware, they allow smoking, so we sat as far away from the bar as we could. Lot of strange items in the bar area, could use a little face lift as well. Older place, with several places to sit at the bar, around the bar or in a separate room, that was pretty smoke free. Food was good, with four of their beers on tap. Our waitress was handing the bar and the other room area, she did a good job keeping up with both areas. There was an outside seating area, a couple of folks taking advantage of the nice weather in December. Another one off the list.“

“Pretty much the only place to get brew supplies locally. The great thing is, they don’t take it for granted. Still has awesome service.“

“From-scratch Midwestern comfort food from a CIA chef in an unlikely spot, a strip mall across from Lambert’s. Not a massive beer selection but enough quality to get you through a meal, with the occasional surprise, like Boulevard Dry Stout on nitro. Very kid friendly, with a play area in the corner, and they bring the kids some bread dough to play with.“

“This is my local homebrew shop, so I may be biased, but they offer good ingredients at good prices. They are knowledgeable and very nice, and will take the time to work with you if you have a question or problem. If you order from their site online, you will also get great service and pricing.“

“The folks here have made my homebrewing hobby easy and fun. They are always willing to offer good advice, don’t treat me like I’m stupid, and never try to sell me anything I don’t really need. I can’t say enough good about this store or its emplyees!“
