“More or less in the middle of town, in a restored barn. Characterful buildings. All cider is by the bottle and staff was very generous with samples, even without asking. Ciders are on the dry side with virtually nothing to distract you from the apples. Four well-selected and interesting craft beers on draft from around New York State. Nice heavy snax, the smoked trout was delicious. Great place.“

“This place is definitely out of the way, but well worth the trip. Barman Bob is the father of Luke the Brewer, and he is patient enough to explain the origin story of every ber on the menu - all barrel-aged saisons. It's a modern but bare bones taproom next to the brewhouse, which sadly is not visible from the taproom. However, the taproom is up a couple of flights of stairs and so has an awesome view of the surrounding hills. Three beers on draft and in bottles to go, plus a pretty large list of older bottles to go, and a couple of gust taps. No food. They have a coolship, in a building attached to the east side of the brewery. Very tasty beers, lots of variety despite just one style. Keep up the good work!“
