“Made a quick visit here on a nice fall Friday afternoon. Looks like a giant barn basically, with one area for ordering beer, and a second area for ordering food. Tons of space / seating inside. Outside is huge as well, with a lower level that is kid and dog friendly, and an upper level that is only for adults. There's a stage outside as well for concerts. Beers I tried were all tasty, though the styles were kind of limited to the current hypes (almost the whole menu was NEIPAs and a fruit juice sours on my visit). Full and small pours available of all drafts. Some 16 oz 4-pack cans to go. Definitely worth a visit, but I wish they had a little more style variety.“

“Nice little brewery in Chester. Had about 10 beers on draft. Flights are available. Some bottles. Prices were decent. Friendly service. Worth a visit.“

“Best I can say is...eh. Very few beers worth noting. A lot of bottles have dust on them. There are better places to but beer from.“

“Great little brewpub and fairly recent startup in the historic section of Chester. I stopped by recently on a Saturday...it can be a little hard to find as they are behind the building you might otherwise expect them to be in front of...be patient...it’s worth it. It’s a small tap room...with not a lot to do except try their 5 beers...talk to the staff in front of the very small serving bar...and maybe hit the restroom on the way out. There isn’t much else unless you take the tour (I didn’t). "But"...the beers are very good. I was very fortunate to get some of the season’s last War Elephant DIPA...excellent beer!. I also very much enjoyed the Beanhead Coffee Porter & the Nimptopsical Ale. As the other reviewer said...I wish them the best and hope they are successful! Stop by to check them out and support this nice effort.“

“Another new brewery that has opened in Orange county in the last year. They have a tasting room and fill growlers. Five taps on, usually four regular beers and then a test batch of something. The regular stuff is for sale for growler fills, but the test batches do not appear to be. Unfortunately a little before I got there the most recent test batch (a white pepper saison) had kicked, and the next one (barley wine) would still be another week or so until it was ready. This is the sort of place you really hope is successful. Young brewer (I think Dan is 26 or so), who owns the place with his parents help. It’s him, his fiancee, and a friend, plus the parents who were there pouring samples and filling growlers. And James, the brewery cat. Who apparently gets a bit nippy if you start petting him and decide you’re done petting him before he decides you’re done petting him.“
