“Industrial park brewery pretty much across the street from Spider Bite Brewing - ambience wise it isn't much, but I must say I absolutely loved this place - a husband and wife team own the place - they're a farm-to-glass kind of brewery that has strong connections with local farmers and course their ingredience locally whenever they can - my wife and I chatted with the wife a while while we were there - she was very welcoming and we talked about what breweries she should visit the next time she was in Colorado - she clued us in to local beer happenings and events, and offered some free tasters - the beer itself is exceptional - all belgian styles - some great renditions of a quad and a tripel, in particular - I highly recommend stopping here for anyone who happens to be on Long Island - great beer and great people, plus you can stop at Spider Bite and have their great beer, as well - I would drive far out of my way for this one-two punch of Long Island beer quality - I wish I could mail order the beer here - seriously.“
