“Pretty standard looking brewpub located in downtown Ossining, across the street from the police station. They have a stage and do stuff like live shows and dance glassed. More importantly, they make some very tasty beer, and I am glad I checked the place out. They make some very fine pale ales, and there was a smoked gose on the menu that just kicked shortly before I arrived - which turned out to be a good thing, because the next beer was a New Year special that grabbed my attention. Friendly staff, and some good snacks too - spiced pistachio was cool, and among the guest taps was a lovely flavored mead. The crowlers are priced a little high, but their beers aren't available anywhere else so far as I know, so it is worth a visit.“

“New brewery and taproom, opened in June 2018. Difficult to guess that it's a brewery and taproom from the outside. They had 12 taps with 6 of their own beers, 3 guest beers and 2 ciders. Pub atmosphere with plenty of seating space in what looks like a classroom, snacks and a few homemade empanadas/tarts, 5 oz pours and flights, enthusiastic staff. The beers were good enough, but not striking. The town is of course known by the brewery's namesake: The Sing Sing prison!“
