“Everything about this place is massive. The building itself is huge, with a massive outdoor space, mostly open to the night sky. Inside there's a massive bar with a massive taplist - 37 beers, 13 of which are IPAs. Not quite a record for the most IPAs, that one goes to Resident Culture with 16. But it's still an absurd number of IPAs. Fortunately they had three sours, a massive amount of lagers and a whole bunch of stouts. Many of their beers contain lactose, but those are clearly marked. Beers were tasty enough but didn't blow me away. Food was decent enough. Pizza was just OK but the smash burgers looked better. You can see the massive brewhouse on the way to the toilets, plus a massive amount of very huge fermentation vessels. Supposedly they have a coolship but I saw no evidence of this - further investigation is warranted. Interesting place.“

“First visit was around 4pm on a Sunday early in July 2016. Back a couple times since. Table seating for 24 and close to another 15 can fit around the bar before it gets to be standing room. Eight beers on tap with the bulk of the offerings falling somwhere in the hoppy, saison-ish, or tart realm. I’m totally ok with that. If you’re into those styles, this place does them very, very well. I specifically took a trip out here after having had their beers at three different festivals and being blown away by them each time. Perhaps a 3-4 hour drive is illogical (as it should be for most places, really), but if you’re anywhere nearby, definitely worth the trip. These guys went big from the start with a 30bbl system and are making incredible beers. Hoping they’ll start distributing near me in the near future so I can get their beers more often than a once a few months trip or festival. “
