“This place opened in June 2022, so still pretty new. For a newish place, though, their beers are pretty dialed in. The building is beautiful, brewhouse in a renovated (or maybe new) barn, taproom in an ultra modern glass and wooden affair. Central circular bar with a circular tap. Handful of restaurant tables, scattered picnic tables outside, some semi-covered, others not. Surrounded by barley fields. Food trucks on the weekend, cheese, charcuterie and crackers otherwise. Beers are 99% New York ingredients with a goal of being 100% from their own farm, so stay tuned. All were very tasty, including a beet stout. Solid place.“
