“We have visited both New York Beer Project locations, they are very similar in size, food and beer menus, just quite far from each other. This is worth a stop, I like the beer, but I like variety and they make many different styles. Some of the beer is quite mediocre, some quite good. Do your homework. IF you only drink IPA, stay away. Food is decent. There is a sometimes open upstairs, but less beer available up there. Parking is a nightmare.“

“Small place just off Rt 96. About 20 beers on tap. They were good but not great. New building that's clean. No food but free pretzels. Not many know about this place yet.“

“This has been in business a while but not near us so took a bit to get here. Quite rustic with homemade unfinished chairs, industrial style easy clean floor, and visible beer making equipment. Popcorn available, but didn't see any other food. Beers were quite well made enjoyed everything we tried. Worth a stop.“

“On the smaller side and nothing fancy, but it will do. We had some nice flights with free popcorn. Friendly service.“

“I thought all beers here were true to style, there were 3 excellent IPAs, a very well done tripel and a swarz that I tried that were all very well done. Service was great and friendly. Large selection of styles. Nice location though a long way from our town. You can bring food in if you want, someone had pizza delivered. Live music when we were there. Not the greatest prices but acceptable. We are definitely coming back.“

“Nice picobrewery in downtown Victor, NY. Good atmosphere, dog friendly. Beer ranges from average to outstanding. No food. Mostly young looking clientele. Growlers to go. Flights available. If you find yourself in Rochester, this is worth a stop for sure.“

“This brewery is in a shitty location and the beer is BEYOND horrific. That being said, they did had good service. The brewer was also the bartender. They had a lot of different styles on tap. Sadly, most were either infected or just plain poorly executed. The beer is bad. Do not go here. There is no reason to. This isn’t even beer, it’s sewer water. Wow, this guy needs to go out of business and get a clue maybe.“

“Nice selection of their beers, 13 on tap and a wide variety of different styles. Bit of an odd ambiance. In an old strip mall type place, with older carpeting and an almost doctors office/ family diner feel. They did have a kids playroom so that was nice being there with kids. Very laid back feel and friendly and good selection of beers, which were decent, at least the ones I had. Worthwhile stopping in.“

“1st stop on the Finger Lakes Beer Trail yesterday. Tom and Cath were good hosts. We got a good tour of the place from Tom. It was their 3rd day open and had 8 beers on tap. They have four more taps available and plenty of beers fermenting close by. Their helper was very knowledgeable about the beers too. Nice new place.“
