“This is a small grocery store on Hatteras Island with a surprisingly good selection of beers -- both local NC and from farther afield. I have found beers here that I have not found anywhere else (e.g., barrel aged Ten Fidy). Definitely worth dropping for the best beer selection on the island.“

“Family Owned Grocery Store w/a decent beer selection. Local Stuff, Mother Earth, etc....had a fair amount of Dogfish & Heavy Seas,....mostly Domestics. Had some wine, not a great selection but it could get you through. No Spirits, have to go to ABC store for that in NC. Only real grocery store in Buxton so it’s shop here or run up to Avon if you are this far south. Has a good food selection: basic’s, fresh veggies, some gourmet stuff.....Prices aren’t too bad for being this far south on the OBX. Very friendly place....family run atmosphere comes through. I always bring Beer when traveling this far south in the OBX, But I enjoy coming here to see what local stuff they have & we can pick up other supplies we need at the same time.“
