| 42 /100 461 MAIN STREET “Visited while on vacation in nearby Lake Lure. The place has an expansive set of decks that have great views of the Broad River and the mountains but it was raining when I was there and the inside seating is quite limited. Two servers, one of whom was friendly and one rather hostile, both substandard--acted like they were stoned, and they might have been, considering the reggae music on the sound system. Food menu limited but good. Beers in my flight were passable to OK, with only one of them I would have again. I recommend visiting if you happen to be in the immediate area due to the lack of other good beer options (there’s also an Ingles supermarket with a pretty good regional selection and mix six option) but it definitely isn’t worth going out of your way for.“ |
