82 /100 71 TENNESSEE STREET Downtown Murphy. Street parking easy on a Monday at 5:30. Nice bar area with tables and seats at the bar. Another seperate room to the side as well. Server was friendly and helpful. 15 beers on tap. Growler sales. Flights available of 4 for $5. WIFI here. Beers were pretty solid and a wide range to choose from. Don’t know about pets and kids but will find out. Pub grub and snacks available and pretty tasty. We plan to go back and I would recommend it to any and all. |
78 /100 The Parson’s Pub (Restaurant) 19 TENNESSEE ST This is a Irish pub in downtown Murphy, NC. The name comes from a Methodist Parson who son Colby opened the pub. We did not have food. the Parson stopped by our table. They are selling kegs of the local beer from Andrews Brewery. I had the Applachian Mountain Brewery Long Leaf from Boone, NC. This is the place to stop for a cold one in Murphy. |
