“Unlike most grocery chains, Piggly Wiggly stores are independently owned. I was told by employees at this store that their owner wished to carry a wide range of beer and wine options. I would say he has accomplished that. You will find an average sized grocery store with a well above average beer selection. Large number of singles and mixed 6 options. Decent inventory of craft and import beers. I have found several imports here that were not carried anywhere else in the region. Prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a stop if you are visiting/vacationing on the Crystal Coast of N.C.“

“Located in historic downtown Swansboro, this shop has more than just beer. They offer coffee, ice cream, wine, and wine making supplies. They have over 80 different beers that rotates weekly, as well as plenty of homebrew supplies. The staff if friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I am in the area I always stop by.“
