“This place has an incredible selection of Oklahoma beers, all available in singles, and all refrigerated. What’s more, the owner knows his stuff and is very friendly and accommodating. To round out the superlatives, they have a very comprehensive and up to date online ordering system on which you can order for pickup. I ordered 38 singles online while traveling. When I arrived, the owner informed me two were sold out, apologized , and suggested replacements. I have never encountered any other beer store like it. Highly recommend!“

“Good selection and helpful staff, prices in line with what you expect, singles section not quite as big as Midtown“

“The only way you could ever give this place a massive score is if you’ve never travelled outside of eastern Oklahoma. Biergarten’s a good store, but certainly not an unforgettable one. The selection’s modest, about 250 bottles or so. There’s a larger than average singles section (for Tulsa). There’s also more foreign stuff than you’ll find at other spots in town. This place is apparently known as the best bottle shop in town, so I’d wager most limited stuff doesn’t see much time on the shelves. Staff were friendly. One of them mentioned that they’ve already sold 60 cases of Prairie Funky Gold Mosaic in the 3 weeks its been out, which is pretty crazy. Prices were good. Overall, worth a look if you’re in the area.“

“I thoroughly enjoyed my quick visit to this store. I visited on a day when they were having a beer festival out in the parking lot, and despite the resources they were devoting to the festival the staff in the store was still very helpful and attentive. There is a huge selection of beer. They had beer overflowing here, boxes of it on the floor, and lots of treats to find if you were thorough in your search. I look forward to a return visit.“

“Best Beer store in Oklahoma. This guy is more knowledgeable in craft beer than most people in the world. I travel all over and search out places like this but BG is truly one of a kind.“

“Nice little shop with a great selection of beer. Owned and operated by a true beer geek with a passion for the craft scene. Just wish it was closer to home.“

“Stumbled into this place as a last resort at 8:55 on a Saturday night. I was shocked at the beer selection... One of the best selections of quality beer in south Tulsa, and if it weren’t for space limitations, might be the best selection. Prices aren’t too high... Employees seem to know beer pretty well... There are at least 8 liquor stores closer to my house, but I come here... That should sum it up.“

“Hands down the friendliest, most informed, best stocked beer store in the state. The man to know the store to shop is here.“

“Nice smaller store located in a strip mall. Owner was very pleasant and knew Oklahoma beers and the craft beer scene very well. Decent selection and decent prices. Had a nice selection of Prairie Artisan and other Oklahoma beers. On the outskirts of Tulsa, but worth the drive.“

“Quite a pleasant surprise! I’m staying just down the road for the next few weeks and had brought a load of homebrew with me as I’d been warned about the lack of good beer in Oklahoma. Not so! Had a good chat with the owner and he seems to be well connected to the local craftbrewing industry and told us of his plans to rearrange the store, putting the beer right up front and displayed prominently.“

“Hands down, best beer store in Tulsa area - maybe the entire state. The owner is always on-site and is as knowledgeable and passionate as anyone in the business. Always gets the newest releases of the best stuff - NO FOUR LOCO and NO 40s or related. crap. Oklahoma has it’s own special challenges but BierGarten makes the best of a challenging set of laws.“

“ I have been to Tulsa a few times but up until this trip I had excepted it to be BEER HELL. I thought all the beers were 3.2% in the state until i found this place. The store owner is a really cool guy and a beer geek that makes you feel extremely welcome, he even gave me a bottle of Saison Brett! The store is small but nice and all the beer is kept in the back away from the elements. Excepting that this store is still in Oklahoma they have a excellent slection. I had to give it a 4.5 since Oklahoma is limited by horse shit laws and what they can get is limited. That being said all my future trips to Tulsa/Jenks will involve the BierGarten. “

“Happened across this store by pure chance, turned out to have one hell of a beermonger behind the counter that does a good job keeping the limited beer selections top notch.“

“The ambiance here was good, very clean and well-organized with some music playing softly. Beer selection was a slight letdown. Didn’t see quite a few of the beers listed as available. No singles allowed for sale but there is a section where you can choose a mixed sixer. Seemed like a pretty good wine selection. Prices were good. Better options in Tulsa but there’s some good stuff here too.“
