| 50 /100 112 GARRETT STREET “Stopped here after hiking around Fallingwater on a warm afternoon. This place is at the end of a dead end street on the north side of the railroad tracks, away from the majority of other places. Couple of TVs above the bar area, a pool table in the corner. Outdoor tables when weather permits. The indoor tables are made from old WWII boat hatches and other odd materials. Table service was spotty, but I got some beer at the bar immediately. YOU WILL HAVE TO DRINK FROM PLASTIC if you don’t drink from the bottle. The selection was decent - nothing new for me, but Arrogant Bastard, Hop Devil, and Burning River on tap among other staples, and several nice micro bottles. Food smelled good, but looked like typical fried pub grub.“ |
