“They not only have a rather extensive beer lineup, but they make very good use of the taps. Their buyer has a keen eye for the best beers and has a nice variety of styles to offer. This is actual, considering its modest size, better than most places like this I enjoyed a Bell's Two Hearted Ale with a lunch special, i/2 sandwich and cup of soup. This made for a very nice stop here. A very good location to get back on route 81 and head home. They also have scheduled live entertainment that sounds very inviting.“

“Don’t let looks be deceiving, the beer store is attached to a convenience store. I wasn’t expecting much but upon entering there was quite a selection. There was nothing that was mind blowing but in the beer desert that is Hazleton it was a mecca. Had growler fills, mix a six, bombers and sixers. Offerings from 4 Hands, Victory, Free Will, Troegs, DFH, Belgians, Germans and most of the regulars from the likes of Bell’s and Founders. Pricing was good, at about 2-4 bucks a 12oz bottle. Larger formats were inline though a few were higher then they should have been. However, if and when I am in Hazleton, I’ll be stopping in. Also looked like stock moved.“

“A very cool small beer store in a beer wasteland town. Not a very large selection but well worth the detour. I bought LA Angel’s Share, plenty of Terrapins, Exit 7 and some little locals I didn’t even know existed. They had the ratebeer tag/percentile on a lot of shelves so obviously the owner/manager is somewhat of a beer geek. Also unlike too many beer stores in PA this one sells singles, lots of singles. A nice store, and also pretty much your only option in this area.“

“A true gem in the ruff. I never would have expected to find some of the beers I did in this little haven of beer. The town of Hazleton is rife with closed out stores, dive bars, eye sores a pleanty. This is a real great find everything from Dieu de Ciel to Samuel Adams Utopia and then from MG Highlife to Rolling Rock. Lasting impression (I will do my all to make sure this place stays in business. This town’s best asset if you ask me.“

“I saw some post on this place so I was up that way for work and stopped in. It would be easy to pass by as it is off the road. It is a beer shop. All they had was beer. Lots of beer tagged so you know how its rated. A good selection of hard to find beers. I may be adding this place to my beer store rotation.“

“Drove a hour to get there. The place is a convient store and I thought I make a bid mistake. I was very wrong. I was a kid in a candy store. They now have 38 of the top 100 beers and rate beer rate cards can be seen throught the store. The best part is you can just buy one of anything. They had 20 beers I never even heard of. Rabid Duck for onewhich was great. Talked with the owner, Alan who really knows beer. Great sugestions without breaking my bank. Idid opt for a $20 bottle though. See you next week to see what is new.“
