52 /100 Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill (Restaurant) 5000 BELT LINE RD I don’t know why this is on here. Very loud with minimal beer choices, better options in Addison than this. |
70 /100 15103 SURVEYOR BLVD Visited before dinner on a Thursday with friends. Located in a business park type setup with parking right in front. When I visited, there was a work mixer type event happening, so it was pretty busy. Despite this, the service was quick and friendly. Layout of the tasting room is fairly bare bones, with a U shaped bar with seating, and tables and couches around the room. Beer selection is 8 house beers, available as full pours or tasters. I didn’t notice any food, though the event did have a nacho bar going. Fun stop. (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time) I only use the total score, not the component parts. |
8 /100 3820 BELT LINE ROAD This location is now closed. |
64 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Visited after work on a Tuesday for dinner and beers with co-workers. Layout is typical BJ’, big bar area, big dining area and decent sized outdoor patio. Normal beer selection, along with 2 seasonal / specials and a handful of guest drafts. Food menu is standard BJ’s. Service was quite good. Overall, standard BJ’s, as they all are. 64 = ★★ (Just ok) I only use the total score, not the component parts. |
70 /100 Whole Foods Market - Addison (Grocery Store) 5100 BELTLINE RD, STE 1012 Visited late morning on a Wednesday. Normal Whole Foods layout, with a bar type area towards the back that featured 24 or so local draft, available as pint, flight or growler. Selection is smaller than the Whole Foods Park Lane, though some decent options. There are no singles available in the beer area, though if you go to the salad bar / food to go area, there are a few singles available next to the juices, etc. 70 = ★★½ (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time) I only use the total score, not the component parts. |
54 /100 Whole Foods Market - Addison (Grocery Store) 5100 BELTLINE RD, STE 1012 Less taps than some of the other area WF locations tho tough to compete with the 44 taps across 2 bars at the Park Ln location. Packaged beer selection is ever smaller. Prices are usually really low/competitive. |
46 /100 Twin Peaks - Addison (Bar) 5260 BELT LINE RD Nobody comes here for the food or the beer. When you market yourself with "lady lumberjacks" this is what happens. |
88 /100 Whole Foods Market - Addison (Grocery Store) 5100 BELTLINE RD, STE 1012 Wonderful holistic grocery store, decent selection of bottled craft beer, but they also have a bar that offers growler fills. Or you can just hang out and have a pint or three. Have you ever wanted to take your beer and pick out your groceries? Or perhaps buy a deli sandwich or pizza and then eat it at the bar? You can do that here. Did I mention a good draft selection? |
80 /100 Whole Foods Market - Addison (Grocery Store) 5100 BELTLINE RD, STE 1012 Newest Whole Foods , seems to have different stuff on tap than Park Lane and also nice snack selection, good selection of bottles and cans |
72 /100 Whole Foods Market - Addison (Grocery Store) 5100 BELTLINE RD, STE 1012 Decent Whole Foods market with roughly 14 taps and a bar area that stays busy. They have limited space for their beers but the selection is mostly top notch. |
82 /100 Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill (Restaurant) 5000 BELT LINE RD Man is the food good here. I was taken for my birthday and everything we had was awesome. I was sampling off of all the plates around me and couldn’t find anything I didn’t like. They also gave me a free $25 gift card to come back just because it was my birthday. The food is a bit expensive for someone in my tax bracket but it sure is good. A great place to go for special occasions. |
76 /100 Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill (Restaurant) 5000 BELT LINE RD Although the beer menu is a little short, it does include Chimay Grand Reserve, Arrogant Bastard, Deep Ellum, Dogfishhead 60 min, and several other quality selections.
The food is excellent!
I highly recommend the smoked pork ribs, they rate in my top 5 best pork ribs on this planet.
With some top quality beers and excellent service, the bill was less than $50 per head. |
62 /100 Twin Peaks - Addison (Bar) 5260 BELT LINE RD Some reasonable craft beers on tap, but it’s the scenery that wins here..
Think upper class hooters, and better beer!
Tip well, and have a lovely chat! |
74 /100 Whole Foods Market - Addison (Grocery Store) 5100 BELTLINE RD, STE 1012 Didn’t expect to find bar service inside a Whole Foods! -with great bar snacks!
Actually pretty good selection of local craft beers on tap. A good range of Domestic and International Bottled beers in fridge near the cheese section.
Wifey can shop her gourmet groceries while you drink beer!
Growlers and flip tops available for takeaway, but order them when you first arrive, the bartender is very busy most of the time. |
56 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD it’s a chain of "brew houses" (yes, I’m using that term sarcastically) that serves their own beer plus some locals and nationals. I found their beers to be competent, but boring. Wasn’t impressed. The servers didn’t bring our appetizers until after the entrees arrived, so I’m doubting the beer I had was actually the one I ordered. |
58 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD The food is about as good as the beer. It tastes pretty good but don’t let them fool you into thinking you’re eating or drinking something unique. It even LOOKS like a Chili’s, but they somehow have "microbrews"? HA! It’s California dribble, but again, it tastes okay to me. Service was good. |
86 /100 3820 BELT LINE ROAD One of my favorite lunchtime spots! Great food and great brews!! |
86 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD right good brewpub! gotta love those brews! |
76 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD A good experience. The food was pretty good, excellent microbrews. |
78 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Pretty good pizza and other food but lacking in the beer selection area, but they do brew their own beer too (which is okay). They do have a pleasant waitstaff. |
68 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Not as nice as the Plano one. Kind of an awkward layout. Same food that is pretty solid though. They had nit wit on tap but I was there for lunch while I was working and apparently it is not cool to drink at lunch. What has the world come to? |
60 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Nice open floor plan with large patio. stanard selection with two seasonals. Two guest taps. One was SN Anniversary Ale when I was there. Food was good. Nice place. |
58 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD The beers here are just average - bunt single mass appeal brewpub fare. Food was decent - I had the chili cheeseburger, and it was tasty but it killed me later. Onion rings and fries were crispy. The place is super clean, the atmosphere is industrial renovation/diner. Accessible. Good parking. A long, but quick jaunt from either Dallas or DFW airport. Selection of mediocre beers is good - 10 on tap, looks like a core of 6-7 standard beers with a few seasonal/specials. If you’re in the neighborhood, it’s worth a stop. |
66 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD I met up with Peter here when I was in Dallas. This is a large chain brewpub that I found rather similar to the Ram Restaurants. The bar was quiet enough when I was there to have a good conversation, the service and food were very good (typical large brewpub food, but well done), and the beers were a tad below average (but they had 8 on tap, so there was variety). Not a bad place, and I’m likely to drop in again if I’m in the area. |
76 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD This is a great chain brewery. The atmosphere is clean and cool. The food is pretty good and I was impressed with all of their beers. Nice place to go. |
36 /100 3820 BELT LINE ROAD Small and kind of cheap casino. They don’t brew here (it should be de-listed) and they have a very common list of a dozen taps and 20 bottles, including macro. |
68 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD I prefer the interior of the BJ in Plano, this one is darker. They have some beer less. Anyway they don’t brew here (I think the beers are brewed by Saint Arnold in Houston). |
54 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Not really a destination in my eyes unless you haven’t had the BJ brews yet. They do not brew on site, so they rarely vary their selection of house brews. Food is pretty good and the place looks nice. I would rather just head over to The Saucer for a more pub like atmosphere. |
52 /100 3820 BELT LINE ROAD No longer brew on premises. I called the "bar" and all they have now is BMC macro-crap on tap.
Too bad, the beers were decent and the food was usually good. Good place for out-of-towners to check out sports on the tube. |
68 /100 3820 BELT LINE ROAD Bar area is pretty large, with high celings. The bookshelf backdrop is cool. Beers are drinkable, but nothing special. Typical Big Horn chain beers. Food is decent.Try it if you are in the area, but do not go out of your way. . |
68 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Laid back casual atmosphere. They have the usual BJ stuff plus a few rotating taps. Sometimes there is a pleasant surprise on the guest taps. Pizza is very good and pitchers are cheap. If you want a nice place for a beer and pizza, this is pretty good. |
52 /100 3820 BELT LINE ROAD Mediocre house beers at best...typical big sports bar brewpub...mediocre food... |
64 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Nice Belgian selection...mediocre house brews...staff is attentive, but not very knowledgable about beer...good food... |
58 /100 3820 BELT LINE ROAD Decent selection of brews from a chain-brewer. Waitress was a guilty-pleasure kind of hot (too skinny, tattoos). A place I’ll go back to someday. |
62 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD not very busy, the bartender, and a waitress, and a manager had time to talk to talk to us. standard bj’s taps with a rotaing one every few months. |
60 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Good food, good service. The beer selection appears to be limited but they have otehr things besides what is listed, just ask. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. |
58 /100 BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dallas (Addison) (Restaurant) 4901 BELTLINE RD Nice atmosphere and good pizza, but rarely have a new beer offering. Besides the eight or so brews that BJs brews themselves, they also have about 15 Belgians and Wyders ciders. |
